Jim and Krista Mendyke are the founders of Copperleaf Management, a long-standing corporate group based in Stevens Point, WI, that offers leadership and experience in providing assisted living, memory care, and a variety of extended health and wellness services to senior citizens across central Wisconsin. With more than 25 years of experience, Jim and Krista prioritize their management style by encouraging and developing higher leadership skills like proactivity, discipline, humility, compassion, accountability, perseverance, and vision.
Together Krista Mendyke— operating as the Corporate President, and her husband Jim Mendyke—the Chief Officer of Operations, own and manage Copperleaf Management Group, Inc., as well as several other business entities that extend to a wide range of clientele. Their thorough outreach efforts have led them to establish and maintain a plethora of professional business connections that are hallmarked by their traits of quality management: professional directive, leadership by example, and a consistency towards improvement of work ethics.
These traits have created a company culture that diminishes resistance to change by fostering a positive learning environment of per-policy standards, procedural instructions, and general improvements. The Copperleaf Training Academy, a strong internal and external source of employee development, was put in place to support aptitude and skill training so that care team members are provided the knowledge and tools to improve current methods of providing care.
Copperleaf Management shares in a companywide vision of forward thinking that requires application of strategic analysis and demonstration of innovative entrepreneurship. Keeping progress a forefront objective, Jim and Krista aim to challenge traditional modes of service.
Hanging in the entrance of each of our eight homes hangs a plague that is testimony to the Copperleaf Care philosophies. This plaque, which includes a portrait of founders Jim and Krista Mendyke, represents personal assurance of your loved one's quality of care and life.
