Making nearly everthing from scratch. Using fresh, seasonal, local ingredients. Presenting it all with full table service. And of course, accomodating special dietary requirements.

Of course, we realize that quite a few of our residents are expert cooks, too, and we welcome them to share cherished family recipes with us.
